Do I need to buy a new server?
Not necessarily. A compatible computer you already own may be suitable. We’ll look at your library, playback devices, storage, and home network before recommending equipment. Any hardware is quoted separately.
Are movies or streaming subscriptions included?
No. This service sets up access to your personal media library. It does not provide bundled films, shows, music, or subscriptions.
Can my photo and media libraries share hardware?
They may be able to. We assess storage, playback requirements, and capacity before recommending a shared system.
Can I watch when I’m away from home?
We’ll assess your internet connection, upload speed, and devices. Remote access is not suitable for every connection and is confirmed during quoting.
What does the quote cover?
The agreed quote sets out installation, library configuration, compatible device setup, a walkthrough, and any hardware or support arrangements. The photo package’s price and allowance do not automatically apply to media work.
