Your inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email, service interest, and a short message so Jesse BK can assess your needs and respond. Submitting sends these details through Cloudflare to Formspree for processing and an email notification to the operator’s personal inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. Please do not include passwords, private photos, or sensitive personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for 12 months, then delete it from the operator’s inbox and any retained form records under our control. If you become a customer, records needed to deliver your service or meet legal recordkeeping requirements may need to be kept separately for longer.

Cloudflare, Formspree and the email provider process information to operate and protect the site and deliver messages. Processing may take place outside Canada. Their own service, security and backup retention practices also apply.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics measures visits, page engagement, and accepted inquiries. Microsoft Clarity measures interactions and records masked page activity. These services load only after you allow analytics. Declining prevents loading; withdrawing consent disables further analytics collection and clears their site analytics cookies. We remember your choice in your browser. You can change it using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not prevent use of the form.

Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, page engagement and actions such as accepted inquiries. Microsoft Clarity provides masked session recordings and interaction reports to help improve the site. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses or messages in analytics events. The inquiry form is masked for recordings. Advertising consent is denied, and Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our integration.

Analytics providers process information such as browser and device details, page visits and interactions. Google Analytics and Clarity may use analytics cookies after you allow analytics. Withdrawing consent stops future collection by this site; it does not automatically erase data already processed by providers.

Privacy questions or deletion requests

Contact Jesse BK through our contact form to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Choose “Help deciding / another question” and mention that your message is a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
