Use a compatible laptop or desktop, or have us recommend and source equipment for an additional agreed price. Storage for your library and separate backups is also extra.
Home media is quote-based
Your library, devices, and playback needs shape the installation. Explore the media service and ask for a quote.
Upgrade when you’re ready
Returning-customer migration services start at $100 CAD to move an existing setup to newer hardware. Hardware and additional work are quoted separately.

Review your library and equipment
We assess migration sources and volume, hardware suitability, backup storage, device access, and your connection.
Agree on the quote
Scope, equipment, and any additional travel are confirmed upfront. On-site service covers Ottawa and surrounding communities, up to approximately two hours away.
Install, migrate, and walk through
We configure the agreed setup and explain everyday use and backup checks. Included photo support is as described in the package above.
